I’ve only joined the Butterfly Project maybe 2 to 3 years now. This was the biggest party they pulled off! I was real excited for this year’s team as you all know since I’m a botanical print whore.
Before we go on, I’d love to thank Eros and Bo for taking some of these lovely pictures! Do check them out~
There were a bunch of activities planned out, great food and amazing people. But first up, I have to talk about how pretty the venue was! Filled with pretty botanical balloons which are definitely out of ordinary. These two were all done by @avantagardeblooms and @blossomballoons!
My favourites were the botanical ballons cause look how pretty!
We also got to blow out candles on the cupcake everyone had!
Then we also had a guest comedy show by the one and only Joanne Kam! She really knew how to make a crowd laugh. After the show, we moved on to flower crown making which was my favourite part of the whole event. We learned to DIY a crown and it was definitely harder and more delicate than I thought it would be. I really like how mine turned out. What do you think? These were also provided Avantgrade Blooms.
I also had to shoutout the delicious food and food layout by @jomparty. It was super pretty; they do caterings and hostings and it was such a treat to look and devour.
@tsticksmy also provided us with some tea to try all the way from London! They definitely don’t disappoint, I really like the tea packaging since it double ups as a stirrer too. Really cool!
Finally, we have also received some lovely gifts from @vyesrochermy and @macarons.bymadeleine. The body wash was my fave thing out of the 3 items, it smells great and I even bought myself some more from their shop.
The macaroon, on the other hand, is hand-drawn. Pretty amazing right? But most importantly, it was also really yummy, it was coffee flavoured and not too sweet.
Oh! One more thing, there was a best dressed contest, and congratulations to these lovely girls~
One last message:
Happy 6th Birthday to The Butterfly Project!
It was really cool to be part of this community. Special thanks to Tammy and her team for this amazing party. I had a great time and it’s great to have such a positive community to share beauty~ This is to more years of the Butterfly Projects and to meeting new faces!
Cheers,
Sylvia
