New palette, new palette!
I’ve wanted to get this review out and away as soon as I can because a lot of people have been asking for swatches and my thoughts on it. So here goes~
About
So this is Etude House’s Fall-Winter 2018 collection. The colours are very warm and fall colours in the more nudey section~
The collection is inspired by the art of coffee.
“An eyeshadow palette with pink to reddish brown coffee tone color lineup for elegance point makeup.
Allows soft application without smudge and gives distinctive color payoff with powerful consistency.”
Each shadow is 0.02 oz or 0.8g x 10. It retails for RM 103 (currently has 20% off!) (USD 24).

Review
If I’m being completely honest, I wasn’t a big fan of the Play Color Eyes collection because I thought the palette wasn’t of good quality. But now going back to Etude House, I think their formulas have improved a whole lot than what it was before and they have changed it up so much, so I can confidently say that I genuinely like this palette!
The packaging is simple and cute, I have always applaud Etude for their packaging, they always look good. It comes in a standard eyeshadow case that is slim and easy to store~
The colours are definitely really fall/winter, and warm, which are the kind of colours I love and fall for and I definitely think a lot of people would enjoy too! There are 3 finishes- mattes, satin and glitter. This allows you to create many different looks from every day to full glam~
The shimmer and glitter shades feel really buttery, the matte ones feel fine and they all pack a lot of pigmentation, a little really does go a long way. Even using brushes to pick up the product packs on pigmentation amazingly.
The shadows are also really easy to blend and glide easily on the skin. I like using an eyeshadow primer with my shadows so it helps to grab onto them and locks them in place. They don’t feel chalky, even the matte shades feel fine and have no fallout.
Verdict: 9/10
Overall, a great palette! Beautiful colours with great pigmentation. The glitter and shimmer shades feel extra buttery. The shades also don’t feel chalky and I haven’t experienced any fallouts. Lasts all day long and blends and glides easily on the skin~
