It’s been a while!
I’d first like to apologise for the lack of content, things haven’t been going well in life and I didn’t manage to cope too well. But now that I’m better and I am done with my internship in Finland, I can start posting more frequently again!
So today, I’m going to be reviewing 107’s Premium Line.
Note: If you haven’t read about what my skin type is, you should read it before reading this post as it will give you a better impression on how it affected my skin and how it can vary from yours!
Again before we get into it here’s a little information about the company…
107 features crystal clear skincare with high-quality natural ingredients that combines traditional secret formulas with modern innovation. This gives radiance and firmness to the skin alongside hydration, nourishment, and revitalization.
The creator of the company, Okran Chung, runs the tradition of the biggest naturally fermented vinegar brewery in Korea called HANEGA and is also a pharmacist. She started observing how the fermented vinegar could help with troubled skin and skin aging and manage to find that 20 oriental herbs that do help with the skin; thus, the brand was established!
They have many different types of products, varying from cleansing soaps to serums, and even scented candles! I was extremely happy when they sent me a few of their products to try out. I will be going through all of them in detail; however, for today, I’ll just be talking about their Core Flex Cream.
So this is their Premium Facial line which contains their Premium White soap and their Premium Black soap.
107 Premium White soap contains precious traditional vinegar that has been naturally fermented for over 5 years of time. The soap has over 20 oriental medicinal herbs that rejuvenates and hydrates the skin. It gives maximum moisturizing while cleansing dried up dirty oils in your pores. It deeply cleanses skin of dirt and gives fresh and healthy looking complexion.
107 Premium Black Soap contains 7 years old naturally fermented vinegar to clean the skin without stripping essential moisture of the skin. Aged vinegar naturally removes invisible flakes and cleanses stuffed pores filled with harmful oils that may cause acne. It gives skin the appearance of elasticity and strong firmness. Incredible results for troubled skin and clogged up pores.

HOW IT IS USED
Lather soap with water. Rub your hands together until foam is created and rub gently onto your face. Rinse off thoroughly and store the soap in a dry area.
The packaging of the box is simple that keeps both the soaps in place.
The packaging of the soaps is also minimalistic and cute. The soap is wrapped around in some cling wrap and then the paper. When opening the box though, you can immediately smell the product, and it smells so divine! I absolutely love the smell. It’s a very light smell which I can’t really put my hand on but I feel like it could best be described as cotton… Because when I smell it I kind of think of something soft.
At first, I was a little wary about using a soap cleanser because I feel like soap disappears really quickly, and I wasn’t really expecting it to foam or anything but after using them, I changed my mind! You honestly only have to use just a little bit of product every time you wash your face because the soap creates so much foam! I was actually really shocked of how much foam it could create. It washes onto the face fine and does not irritate my face whatsoever either which is great.
One important factor when using a cleanser is to make sure that the cleanser doesn’t strip your skin bare from all the natural oils as well. Cleaning your face is one thing, but having it cleaned to the point where it feels dry and pulling is not a good sign of a good cleanser. The soaps, however, did not make me feel that way. My face does feel clean but it doesn’t feel like it was stripped bare. Both the soaps, I felt, gave me that effect.
The products also didn’t break me out in any way, but I also don’t really have acne prone skin so I can’t comment much on that. After using the product, my skin does feel pretty smooth and feels clean. I did not notice any of my blackheads disappearing though, but I generally still feel my face is well cleaned.
VERDICT: 8/10 (BUY!)
Overall, this product is pretty good. The soap comes in a pretty good size that I feel could last quite a while as you don’t really need much for it to foam. It doesn’t make my skin feel extremely dry, break me out, or irritate my skin in any way. My skin feels clean and smooth after use which is great. It has great ingredients, and honestly, smells so good, I look forward using it just because of the smell (haha).
Have you used any soap cleansers? What are they? Do you like them? Let me know!
