Hello, friends!

Welcome back to my blog. This time round, I got some products to share from Elizavecca, a Korean brand that is growing to a very well-known brand. I haven’t manage to go around trying their products, but I’ve always wanted to as their packaging is really cute and I’ve heard a lot of good reviews about them.

If you want to know more about Elizavecca, you can head over to their Instagram account for more information.

Note: If you haven’t read about what my skin type is, you should read it before reading this post as it will give you a better impression on how it affected my skin and how it can vary from yours!

This product is advertised as:

  • A night cream designed to gently infuse the skin with pure Retinol and swiftlet nest extract,EGF to help diminish the appearance of wrinkles, and even out elastic skin texture and tone.

Usually, creams come in 50 ml but this one comes in 100 ml (3.53 oz) which is really a lot. It retails for about RM 50 (USD 11.40) and you can buy it here.

Use only a small amount and apply thinly, focus more on wrinkle prone areas such as the smile lines. It is also recommended for night care. If you want to use during the day, please apply sun cream, and it’s recommended to use it only 2-3 times a week only.

I like to pat it onto my face with my upward motion until the cream is absorbed into the skin.

The packaging of the product is extremely cute. I really like the colours and illustrations they have used on the box and the product. It comes in a standard plastic container.

Inside there is a plastic film that keeps the product from spilling out as well as a spatula. I’m glad they included one there for hygienic purposes and no one would say no to a spatula for a cream product. One thing I found annoying was that it was extremely difficult to lift the film up as there’s no excess handle thing to pull on. The container is not really big either, so when you press the film back in place, some product kind of squirts out which is pretty frustrating. One thing I did to overcome this was to put some product in a smaller container so I could use it from there without dealing with the film so much.

The consistency of the cream isn’t that thick; however, it feels sticky when touched. So when scooping out the product using the spatula can be a little tricky as it feels like your pulling a pizza slice, there’s gonna be a string of product. It also has a hint of a sweet milky vanilla scent that smells pretty nice.

After using the product, my skin feels really soft and moisturised. This product also seem to have given my skin good elasticity. It feels incredibly nice! It kind of feels as if it plumped your cheeks and face and it feels bouncy like when you see those ladies in skincare commercials. And if you’re wondering, no it doesn’t feel tacky at all after it dries.

The effect also lasts for 1-3 days for me, so the recommendation to use 2-3 times a week is just about right.

VERDICT: BUY! (9/10)

Overall, I would have given this a 10 if it wasn’t so messy in terms of the packaging that makes it hard to remove the film and the product does leak out. After use, the product makes you skin really moisturised and plump. I actually really like the product and would definitely purchase it again!

Have you tried any of Elizavecca’s products? If so, which is your favourite? I’d love to know.

See you in the next one~

    1. That’s great! Yea, this product definitely did not irritate my skin at all, still one of my favourite products so far. I low how it gives moisturisation and elasticity back to my skin so quick 😀 Hope you like it as much as I do and I’d love to hear how you like it
